原則として筆頭演者は日本医真菌学会の会員に限ります。
申請から入会までに2～3週間前後を要するため日程に余裕をもって入会の手続きを行ってください。
学部学生・大学院生・研修医・若手の先生方は、奨励会員*として入会いただけます。
非会員の先生方には、臨時会員制度がありますのでご活用ください。
非会員および会費未納入の会員は、演題提出までに会費納入の手続きを完了してください。

奨励会員は、満35歳以下の医師等であり、本法人の趣旨に賛同する者であること、としています。

Generally, the first author must be a member of the Japanese Society for Medical Mycology.
Please allow ample time for membership procedures, as it takes approximately 2-3 weeks from application to membership approval.
Undergraduate students, graduate students, residents, and junior faculty members may join as Encouragement Members *.
Non-members may utilize the Temporary Membership system.
Non-members and members who have not paid their dues must complete payment procedures before submitting abstracts.

* Encouragement Members must be physicians, etc., aged 35 or younger who support the objectives of this organization.

一般演題発表方法Presentation Format for Regular Abstracts

一般発表（ポスター発表）の中から数演題、セレクテッドシンポジウム（口頭発表）として発表いただく演題を選出する予定です。
We plan to select several topics from the general presentations (poster presentations) to be presented as selected symposium topics (oral presentations).

1. 新規演題登録Submit a New Abstract

本ページ下部の「新規演題登録」ボタンにて、必要事項を入力の上、演題登録を行ってください。
なお、演題の登録は全て「UMINオンライン演題登録システム」を使用いたします。
Please register your abstract by entering the required information using the "New Abstract Registration" button at the bottom of this page.
All abstract registrations will be processed using the "UMIN Online Abstract Registration System."

2. 筆頭著者・所属先First Author and Affiliation

筆頭著者は必ず発表者としてください。
所属機関名は略称でなく、所属科名まで正式名称でご登録ください。
所属機関番号は、筆頭著者の所属機関を「1」とします。共著者の所属機関が筆頭著者と同じであれば、「1」とし、異なる場合には、所属機関名2番以降の欄にご入力の上、該当する所属機関の番号を選択してください。筆頭著者および、共著者が2つ以上の機関に所属している場合には、複数にチェックを入れてください。
The first author must be the presenter.
Please register the full official name of the department, not abbreviations.
Assign the institution number "1" to the first author's institution. If a co-author's institution is the same as the first author's, assign it "1". If different, enter the institution name in the fields numbered 2 and beyond, then select the corresponding institution number. If the first author or any co-author belongs to two or more institutions, check the multiple boxes.

3. 制限文字数Character/Word Limit

上記の制限文字数はスペースを含みます。また、規定の文字数を超える登録はできませんのでご注意ください。
The character limit is 50 full-width characters. Registration will fail if this limit is exceeded.

4. 採択についてAcceptance Notification

採択結果は、2026年7月中にご案内予定です。
採択、発表番号の決定は大会長・事務局にご一任ください。
The selection results will be announced in July 2026.
The decision regarding acceptance and presentation number assignment is entrusted to the conference chair and secretariat.

5. 登録完了通知Submission Confirmation

演題受領通知は、登録完了後に自動配信される登録完了確認メールをもって代えさせていただきます。
必ず確認メールがお手元に届いたことを確認してください（通常、ご登録後5～10分以内に送信されます）。

なお、システムより配信されるメールがスパムメールと認識され、確認メールが受信できない現象がGmailにて多数発生いたしております。Gmailとは別のドメインのメールアドレスをお勧めいたします。確認メールが届かない場合は、「確認・修正」ボタンよりログインいただき、演題の登録が行われていることを確認してください。
The notification of abstract acceptance will be replaced by the registration completion confirmation email automatically sent upon completion of your registration.
Please ensure you have received this confirmation email (it is typically sent within 5 to 10 minutes after registration).
Please note that many users with Gmail accounts have experienced issues where emails sent by our system are flagged as spam, preventing receipt of the confirmation email. We recommend using an email address from a domain other than Gmail. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please log in using the “Confirm/Edit” button and verify that your abstract has been registered.

6. 演題の確認・修正・削除Review, Edit, or Withdraw Abstract

演題登録期間中は、「確認・修正」ボタンより何度でも演題の修正が可能です。なお、修正には、演題登録番号およびご自身で設定したパスワードが必要となります。

修正される際は、画面上での修正が完了後、「更新」ボタンをクリックしてください。削除も同様の方法で可能ですが、一旦削除しますと元には戻りませんので「修正・削除」のボタンの押し間違いにはくれぐれもご注意ください。

演題登録締切後での原稿修正は、共著者の追加・変更も含め一切お受けすることができませんので、登録期間中に詳細な確認をいただきますようお願いします。

演題処理では、ご本人が登録されたデータをそのまま使用します。ミスタイプには十分ご注意ください。
During the abstract submission period, you may revise your abstract as many times as needed using the "Confirm/Edit" button. Note that revisions require both your abstract registration number and the password you set.
When making revisions, please click the "Update" button after completing changes on the screen. Deletion follows the same procedure, but please be extremely careful not to press the "Edit/Delete" buttons by mistake, as deleted abstracts cannot be recovered.
After the abstract submission deadline, no further modifications to the manuscript will be accepted, including additions or changes to co-authors. Please ensure all details are thoroughly reviewed during the submission period.
The abstract processing will use the data exactly as you submitted it. Please take great care to avoid typos.

7. その他注意事項Other Notes / Important Information

運営事務局では、UMIN演題登録システムにて演題を登録した際に交付されるパスワードの管理・保管はいたしませんので、必ず演題登録時に登録番号とパスワードをお手元にお控えください。
不明な点がある場合は、UMINのオンライン演題登録システムFAQ（演題投稿者用）をご覧ください。
The Administrative Office does not manage or store the password issued when registering an abstract via the UMIN Abstract Registration System. Please be sure to keep your registration number and password on hand when registering your abstract.
If you have any questions, please refer to the UMIN Online Abstract Registration System FAQ (for abstract submitters).

8. 個人情報保護についてPrivacy Policy

本学会の演題登録の際にお預かりいたしました「氏名」、「連絡先」は運営事務局からのお問い合わせや採否・発表通知に利用いたします。
また「著者名」、「所属機関名」、「演題名」、「抄録本文」はプログラム抄録号およびホームページに掲載することを目的として利用いたします。他の目的には使用いたしません。
The "Name" and "Contact Information" provided during abstract submission for this conference will be used by the conference secretariat for inquiries and notifications regarding acceptance/rejection and presentation.
Additionally, the "Author Name," "Affiliation," "Abstract Title," and "Abstract Text" will be used for publication in the program abstract book and on the conference website. They will not be used for any other purpose.
