口演発表はすべてPCにより行っていただきます。
発表時間の30分前までに、PCセンターにてデータの試写・登録をお済ませください。
一般演題（口演）のご発表時間は●分（発表●分、質疑●分）です。その他セッションについては下記の通りです。

All oral presentations must be delivered using a computer. A single-screen projection will be used in all venues.
Please complete a test run and registration of your presentation data at the PC Center at least 30 minutes before your presentation time.
The presentation time for general oral presentations is 10 minutes (7 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A). The presentation times for other sessions are as follows.

PC発表データ持込による発表の場合For Presentations Using Data Brought from a Personal Computer

• 発表データはOffice365（Windows MS PowerPoint 2010年版以降）で作成してください。
• PowerPointの「発表者ツール」は使用できません。発表用原稿が必要な方は各自ご準備ください。
• 発表データは作成に使用されたPC以外でも必ず動作確認を行っておいただき、USBメモリにてご持参ください。
• 発表データは学会終了後、事務局で責任を持って消去いたします。
• Please create your presentation files using Office 365 (Windows MS PowerPoint 2010 or later).
• The "Presenter Tools" feature in PowerPoint cannot be used. If you need a presentation script, please prepare it yourself.
• Be sure to test your presentation files on a computer other than the one used to create them, and bring them with you on a USB flash drive.
• The conference secretariat will be responsible for deleting your presentation files after the conference concludes.

PC本体持込による発表の場合For presentations using your own laptop

MacBookでデータを作成された場合は、ご自身のPC本体をお持ち込みください。 その際、お手数ですが変換コネクタと電源ケーブルをご持参ください。会場でご用意するPCケーブルコネクタの形状は、HDMI端子です。
If you created your data on a MacBook, please bring your own laptop. Please also bring an adapter and a power cable. The PC cable connectors provided at the venue are HDMI ports.

ポスター発表の先生方へTo Faculty Members Presenting Posters

• 討論時間［11月21日（土）●：00～●：00］の開始時間までにポスター会場前「ポスター受付」にお越しください。指示棒と演者用ネームホルダーをお渡しします。
• 会場内に演題番号のついたパネルを用意いたします。パネルのサイズは、横90cm × 縦210cmです。演題番号は運営事務局にて用意いたします。
• Please arrive at the “Poster Registration” desk in front of the poster session venue by the start time of the session [Saturday, November 21, ●:00–●:00]. We will provide you with a pointer and a name tag for presenters.
• Panels labeled with your presentation number will be set up inside the venue. The panels measure 90 cm wide × 210 cm tall. The presentation numbers will be provided by the organizing secretariat.

• ピンは当日会場に用意いたします。
  Pins will be provided at the venue on the day of the event.
• ポスターの設置、討論および撤去の時間は以下の通りです。
  The schedule for poster setup, the discussion, and takedown is as follows.

• 撤去時間を過ぎたポスターは総会事務局で処分いたしますのでご了承ください。
  Please be advised that posters left up past the removal deadline will be disposed of by the General Meeting Secretariat.

講演原稿の提出についてRegarding the Submission of Presentation Manuscripts

特別講演、教育講演、シンポジウム等につきましては、講演内容をまとめた総説のご執筆を後日、日本医真菌学会雑誌編集委員会からご依頼させていただきます。
Regarding special lectures, educational lectures, symposia, and other events, the Editorial Board of the Journal of the Japanese Society for Medical Mycology will contact you at a later date to request that you write a review article summarizing the content of your presentation.

利益相反（COI）の開示についてDisclosure of Conflicts of Interest (COI)

本会では、筆頭演者の利益相反申告が必要となります。
また、利益相反の有無にかかわらず学術集会発表時にはその開示を行っていただきます。
掲示するスライドおよび書式は下記の学会ホームページのサンプルに準じてご作成いただき、口頭発表の場合は、スライドの1枚目または演題・発表者などを紹介するスライドの次にご提示いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

This conference requires lead presenters to submit a conflict of interest disclosure.
Furthermore, regardless of whether a conflict of interest exists, you are required to disclose this information during your presentation at the academic conference.
Please prepare your presentation slides and forms in accordance with the samples provided on the conference website below. For oral presentations, please display this disclosure on the first slide or immediately following the slide introducing the title and presenter.

• 座長受付はございません。担当セッション開始予定時刻の15分前までに、会場内前方の「次座長席」にご着席ください。

• There is no registration desk for session chairs. Please take your seat at the "Next Chair" desk at the front of the venue at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of your session.
• Session chairs, please ensure that all discussions are concluded within the allotted time.
