上記区分で学術集会に参加され、市民公開講座の聴講をご希望の方は、学術集会参加登録後に個人ページより無料で申込が可能です。

【参加区分証明書提出について】

＊ 非会員（学生、大学院、前期研修医）にて参加登録の方は、登録区分証明書のご提出が必要となります。
参加登録時に証明書の画像データをアップロードしてください。
・１・２・３の区分においては開催1日目（21日土曜日）夕方開催の情報交換会への参加資格を含みます。
・本学会は対面（現地）開催のみとなります。オンライン配信やバーチャル参加はありません。

＊ Participants registering under this category must submit a certificate verifying their registration category.
・Please upload an image of the certificate when registering.
・Registration categories 1, 2, and 3 include admission to the Welcome Reception on the evening of the 21st (Sat).
・This event will be held in-person only; no online streaming or virtual attendance will be provided.

参加登録方法How to Register

  1. 下記の「参加登録はこちら」ボタンをクリック後、「新規登録の方はこちら」ボタンよりユーザー登録を進めてください。
  2. 必須項目を入力し、利用規約に同意し登録してください。

  3. 登録メールアドレスに本登録 URL が届くので、URL をクリックし個人ページ登録に進んでください。

  4. 個人ページ登録に必要な情報をご入力ください。
    ※ネームカード、参加証明書の発行に必要な情報のため、誤入力にご注意ください。

  5. 個人ページ登録完了後、ID が発行されます。ID とご自身で設定したパスワードを入力し、個人ページへログインしてください。
  6. ログイン後、参加登録手続きを行ってください。
    参加登録費にチェックを入れ、申し込みボタンをクリックし、お支払いにお進みください。

  3. Fill in the required fields, agree to the Terms of Service, and complete your registration.

  4. A registration confirmation URL will be sent to your registered email address. Click the URL to proceed to your personal page registration.

  5. Please enter the information required to set up your personal page.
    *Please be careful to enter the information correctly, as it is required for issuing your name badge and certificate of participation.

  6. Once you have completed setting up your personal page, an ID will be issued. Enter your ID and the password you set, then log in to your personal page.
  7. After logging in, please complete the registration process.
    Check the box for the registration fee, click the "Apply" button, and proceed to payment.

コンビニ、ペイジー払いは、メールにてお支払い用の番号等を発行いたします。
登録後7日以内にお支払いの手続きをしてください。
なお、受付最終日の7日以内に登録された場合の支払期日は、受付最終日までとなります。

日本医真菌学会会員の方および参加登録いただいた非会員の方を対象に、「プログラム・抄録集（PDF版）」の公開を予定しております。
詳細につきましては、後日学術集会ホームページ等であらためてご案内いたします。
※プログラム抄録集（冊子体）の販売はございません。

We plan to make the “Program and Abstract Book (PDF version)” available to members of the Japanese Society for Medical Mycology and to non-members who have registered for the conference.
Further details will be announced at a later date on the conference website and other channels.
*The Program and Abstract Book (printed version) will not be available for purchase.

70周年記念誌（冊子販売）70th Anniversary Publication (Available for Purchase)

今大会を記念し、日本医真菌学会70周年記念誌を発刊いたしました。
日本医真菌学会会員の皆様へは、学会員マイページにてPDF版を10月頃に無料公開します。
冊子版につきましては、有償にて販売いたしますので、ご希望の方は大会参加登録後にお申込みいただけます。
なお、現地での現金販売はございません。
本誌作成にあたってご寄稿賜りました先生方には、会員、非会員にかかわらず当事務局より本誌１冊進呈いたします。
