上記区分で学術集会に参加され、市民公開講座の聴講をご希望の方は、学術集会参加登録後に個人ページより無料で申込が可能です。
【参加区分証明書提出について】
*こちらの区分にて参加登録の方は、登録区分証明書のご提出が必要となります。
参加登録時に証明書の画像データをアップロードしてください。
・１・２・３の区分においては開催1日目（21日土曜日）夕方開催の情報交換会への参加資格を含みます。
・本学会は対面（現地）開催のみとなります。オンライン配信やバーチャル参加はありません。

must submit a certificate verifying their registration category.
・Please upload an image of the certificate when registering.
・Registration categories 1, 2, and 3 include admission to the Welcome Reception on
the evening of the 21st (Sat).
・This event will be held in-person only; no online streaming or virtual attendance
will be provided.

参加登録方法How to Register
- 下記の「参加登録はこちら」ボタンをクリックしてください。
- 必須項目を入力し、利用規約に同意し登録してください。
- 登録メールアドレスに本登録 URL が届くので、URL をクリックし個人ページ登録に進んでください。
- 個人ページ登録に必要な情報をご入力ください。
※ネームカード、参加証明書の発行に必要な情報のため、誤入力にご注意ください。
- 個人ページ登録完了後、ID が発行されます。ID とご自身で設定したパスワードを入力し、個人ページへログインしてください。
- ログイン後、参加登録手続きを行ってください。
参加登録費にチェックを入れ、申し込みボタンをクリックし、お支払いにお進みください。
- Click "Register Here."
- Click "New Users Click Here."
- Fill in the required fields, agree to the Terms of Service, and complete your
registration.
- A registration confirmation URL will be sent to your registered email address. Click
the URL to proceed to your personal page registration.
- Please enter the information required to set up your personal page.
*Please be careful to enter the information correctly, as it is required for issuing your name badge and certificate of participation.
- Once you have completed setting up your personal page, an ID will be issued. Enter your ID and the password you set, then log in to your personal page.
- After logging in, please complete the registration process.
Check the box for the registration fee, click the "Apply" button, and proceed to payment.

コンビニ払い（ローソン、ファミリーマート、ミニストップ、セイコーマート）
ペイジー払い（各種銀行・ゆうちょ銀行ATM・ネットバンキング）
コンビニ、ペイジー払いは、メールにてお支払い用の番号等を発行いたします。
登録後7日以内にお支払いの手続きをしてください。
なお、受付最終日の7日以内に登録された場合の支払期日は、受付最終日までとなります。

日本医真菌学会会員の方には、日本医真菌学会の学会ホームページ（個人ページ）にて「プログラム・抄録集（PDF版）」、「70周年記念誌（PDF版）」の公開を予定しております。
※プログラム抄録集（冊子体）の販売はございません。
※日本医真菌学会非会員の方には事前配布はございませんので、予めご了承ください。
For members of the Japanese Society for Medical
Mycology, the "Program and Abstract Book (PDF version)" and the "70th Anniversary
Commemorative Publication (PDF version)" will be made available on the Society's website
(member portal).
*The Program and Abstract Book (printed version) will not be
available for purchase.
*Please note that these materials will not be distributed in advance to non-members of
the Japanese Society for Medical Mycology.

現地にて冊子受取をご希望の方は、事前に参加登録システム（オンライン決済）よりお申込みのうえ、総合受付までお越しください。
If you would like to pick up a
booklet on-site, please register in advance through the participant registration
system (online payment) and then come to the main reception desk.
